Salary: Basic $5,000 – $6,500 + incentives (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
Hunter Role - Drive new customer acquisition within freight forwarding and integrated logistics.
Develop opportunities across air, ocean, warehousing, transportation, and contract logistics.
Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight services.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing new customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in corporate sales planning and strategy development.
Prepare and submit proposals, respond to customer enquiries, and follow up on requests.
Align customer expectations internally and with vendors.
Provide timely and accurate information on industry and customer trends.
Ensure customers pay within agreed credit terms.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hunter sales role within 3PL Logistics
Understanding of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
