Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Senior Oracle Applications Analyst to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.
As a Senior Oracle Application Analyst, you will analyze and troubleshoot Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and business process issues, recommend system enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. You will also support requirements gathering, system design, testing and issue resolution across enterprise applications.
You will prepare functional and technical documentation, oversee application configuration and testing, perform root cause analysis and ensure compliance with company policies, ITGC and SOX requirements while maintaining high application availability and meeting SLA commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops and feasibility studies to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Lead the design, development and configuration of Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with business and functional requirements
- Develop and execute test plans, support system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training to ensure successful solution delivery
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in accordance with SLA commitments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines with 5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in enterprise application implementation cycles, with exposure to Scrum Agile methodology and software development lifecycle practices
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) including functionality, database schema, architecture, development, system setup and configuration
- Experience with Oracle Manufacturing modules such as Supply & Demand Planning, Bills of Materials, Cost Management, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
