About the role

As a Holiday Booking Consultant at McGrath Port Stephens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and bookings for our holiday rental properties located in the beautiful Nelson Bay area of NSW. This full-time position will see you working closely with both new and returning guests to ensure their holiday experience is seamless from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

Responding to inbound enquiries from potential guests, providing information on our holiday rental properties and availability

Processing holiday bookings and managing the reservation system to ensure accurate data and timely confirmations

Providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout the booking process and during their stay

Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed

Maintaining strong relationships with our property owners and providers

Supporting the wider reservations and customer service team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers

Strong time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple bookings and enquiries

Proficient in using reservation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

A current Real Estate Assistant Agents licence or ability to immediately commit to obtaining one

A passion for tourism and creating memorable holiday experiences for our guests
