About the role

Tamar Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic and organised Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Launceston, Tasmania. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services

Assisting the chiropractors with various administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality

Supporting the smooth running of the clinic's operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable, with experience in a healthcare setting considered a bonus, although not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment

A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the well-being of our patients

Australian work rights are required

Availability to work weekdays only
