Due to growth, established brokerage requires experienced Account Manager to manage mixed SME/Commercial /Corporate portfolio. Tier 1 Broking essential.

You will manage a portfolio of varied commercial accounts including ISR, Motor, Liability, PI, Property, etc.

You need to demonstrate previous SME/commercial account management experience as well as an ability to form enduring relationships. Getting to know your client is important - regular client meetings are encouraged.

There is no need to work to grow your book; this company has plenty of work.

The Position:

• Proactively manage your own book of business
• Identify client requirements
• Maintain sound relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
• Maximise account profitability
• Assist with internal reviews and audits
• Admin support provided

The Person:

• Over 5 years broking experience
• Tier 1 (Broking) is essential
• Sound technical and professional knowledge and application of broking principles, insurance products and services across a range of General Insurance Products
• Client relationship building
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
