An exciting opportunity has opened with an up-and-coming mechanical contractor that continues to build its reputation in the Sydney market.

They are now seeking a Minor Works Project Manager to join their growing team. This role would suit an intermediate level PM, or a Junior PM or site manager looking to step up.

The Role:

You’ll take the lead on managing up to 5 small-scale commercial projects at any one time, ranging across retail, hospitality, office fitouts, and specialist works at Sydney Airport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
• Regular reporting to senior management
• Driving projects from initiation through to completion

About You:

• Trade qualified in HVAC / Mechanical Services (essential)
• Proven project management experience within commercial HVAC
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
