About the Role
Working alongside our experienced clinicians, you will play an important role in supporting advanced surgical procedures while ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Chairside assistance across general, cosmetic and surgical dentistry
Assisting with dental implant and All On 4 Plus surgical procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and surgical instruments
Maintaining exceptional infection control and sterilisation standards
Supporting clinicians to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
Providing a warm, professional experience for every patient
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the practice - dynamic role available for the right candidate
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care.
We're looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
Previous experience assisting with dental implant surgery (preferred)
Experience assisting with full-arch implant procedures will be highly regarded
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
Previous dental reception experience will be highly regarded, with the ability to confidently support front-of-house duties when required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient-focused approach with exceptional customer service
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
High attention to detail and commitment to infection control
Experience using Dental4Windows (preferred)
