Orange Sherbet Toowoomba is looking for its next Store Manager 🧡

We’re coming up to 1 year of fun, fashion and community in Toowoomba Grand Central, and we’re looking for our next Sherbie to lead the team into its next chapter!

Since opening our doors, our Toowoomba boutique has become part of the local community, and now we’re looking for someone ready to take the reins, bring the energy and help us make the store even more fabulous.

This is a permanent, full-time role for someone who genuinely loves people, loves fashion and loves creating an experience that makes women feel beautiful, confident and amazing!

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the team, sales, customer experience, store presentation and day-to-day running of the boutique.

You’ll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team, coaching, styling, selling, celebrating the wins and making sure every customer feels part of the Orange Sherbet community.

Your day to day

Lead your team. Create a positive, fun and supportive environment where your team feel confident and valued.

Lead from the front. Set the standard for customer service, styling, sales and all-round Orange Sherbet energy.

Make our customers feel amazing. Connect with customers, share your product knowledge and help them find something they feel fabulous in.

Drive sales. Own your targets and coach your team in styling, upselling, closing sales and creating great customer experiences.

Grow your people. Train, coach and support your team to build confidence and develop their skills.

Know your numbers. Manage KPIs and budgets and take action to keep the store moving forward.

Keep it gorgeous. Own stock, presentation and visual merchandising so the store always looks its best.

Grow our community. Bring fresh ideas and create local connections that bring more women through our doors.

About you

You’re a people person through and through. You’re confident, positive, organised and accountable, but you also know how to have fun and bring great energy to the team.

We’re looking for:

1–2 years’ experience in a similar team management or retail leadership role.

A genuine love of customer service and creating memorable experiences.

The confidence to lead, coach and develop a team.

A strong sales mindset and experience working towards targets and KPIs.

Great organisation and the ability to work autonomously.

Confidence with computers, Excel/spreadsheets, email and reporting systems.

Strong communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.

A love of fashion, styling, people and community.

Lots of energy, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in!
