About the role

Amore Body Lab is a body and beauty treatment salon specialising in advanced body contouring, IPL, massage, and skin treatments. We are looking for passionate beauty and massage therapists to join our team. We have two positions available: Head Therapist — an experienced therapist to lead our salon, and Junior Therapist — perfect for someone starting out, with full training and study support provided.

Key responsibilities

Head Therapist:

• Confidently deliver massage, IPL, facials, and body contouring treatments (RF skin tightening, fat cavitation, HIEMT muscle stimulation)
• Build strong client relationships and rebook loyal clients
• Help maintain high standard of service and treatment protocols
• Be trained up in salon coordination, with the opportunity to take on a leadership role overseeing day-to-day salon operations

Junior Therapist:

• Assist with treatments and client care while learning on the job
• Receive full training provided across massage and body contouring techniques
• Grow into a confident, fully qualified therapist under the mentorship of our Head Therapist

About you

• A genuine passion for beauty therapy, wellness, and helping clients feel amazing
• Head Therapist: previous experience in massage, IPL, and/or body contouring preferred
• Junior Therapist: no experience necessary — just a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, professional, and a great communicator
• A team player who takes pride in their work
