Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of executive priorities, while providing broader administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements and events
- Monitoring and managing emails and correspondence
- Preparing agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
- Organising briefing materials and supporting executive meetings
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining records, documents and administrative systems
- Providing proactive administrative support across the wider team
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and executive requests as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, professional and adaptable approach
- High attention to detail and discretion in a busy environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience supporting senior executives in a busy environment
- You must be an Australian Citizen to apply.
