Senior Store Manager – Queensland

Location: Brisbane Southside

Private Blends is continuing to expand nationally, and we are seeking an experienced, polished and commercially minded Senior Store Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of our Queensland retail operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of an established store operation while helping drive the next stage of growth for the Private Blends brand across Queensland.

With future expansion planned across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, we are looking for someone who has the capability to lead a high-performing store today, while growing into broader multi-site responsibilities as our Queensland footprint expands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in premium retail environments, has a strong eye for presentation and visual merchandising, and enjoys leading from the front.

The Role

As Senior Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance, culture and presentation of the store. You will lead and develop your team, deliver a premium customer experience, and ensure the store consistently reflects the high standards of the Private Blends brand.

You will be hands-on, commercially minded and confident balancing leadership with day to day retail operations.

As our Queensland presence continues to grow, the role will also support visual merchandising, operational consistency and team performance across additional locations, with the potential to develop into broader multi-site oversight across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team

Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs

Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience

Build and maintain a positive, accountable and performance-focused team culture

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Support visual merchandising reviews, implementation and setup across Queensland locations when required

Manage rosters, staffing, wage control and day to day operations

Oversee stock control, inventory management and loss prevention

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training and developing team members

Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and WHS requirements

Act as a key link between Queensland store operations and Head Office

Support future store openings, team development and operational readiness as the Private Blends network continues to grow

About You

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Senior Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager within retail

Strong leadership and team development capability

Demonstrated ability to build positive team culture while maintaining clear performance expectations

High attention to detail with strong visual merchandising capability

Commercial mindset with a focus on customer experience, sales and results

Well-presented, organised and confident in a fast paced environment

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Comfortable taking ownership and working closely with senior leadership

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required

Flexibility to travel between Brisbane and future Gold Coast locations when required

Weekend availability as part of a rotating retail roster
