About the Role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the development of professional capabilities within the finance function. This role focuses on designing impactful learning solutions, partnering with subject matter experts and managing learning initiatives that enhance technical knowledge and professional growth.
π° Salary: $3,800 β $5,500/month
π Location: Central Singapore
π Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am β 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am β 5.30pm
Job Scope
Develop and implement learning initiatives to support finance-related capability development and professional growth
Identify learning needs and translate business requirements into effective training solutions
Design learning programmes, curriculum and resources across various formats, including classroom, blended and digital learning
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant learning content
Create engaging learning resources such as digital materials, videos, articles and knowledge-sharing content
Evaluate learning effectiveness and gather insights to continuously improve programmes
Monitor learning trends and explore innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences
Manage learning projects, including stakeholder coordination, timelines and resource planning
Support capability-building and continuous improvement initiatives through learning projects
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or any other relevant discipline
Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, training or curriculum development is preferred
Experience supporting professional development programmes or technical training will be an advantage
