About the role

At Evolve, we've built something you don't see every day: a fleet of in-house AI systems working across our entire growth engine — from marketing to data to product. We're a martial arts brand moving on AI like a tech company, and we're only getting started. We're looking for an Applied AI Associate to sit right at the heart of it: the person who turns what our AI can see into real results for the business, and who grows into building and orchestrating these systems themselves.

This is a high-ownership seat from day one. You'll own real outcomes, work directly alongside our VP of AI & Data, and have a genuine hand in how an industry-leading brand grows.

What you will learn (and why it is rare)

You'll build real, hands-on expertise in applied AI and agent orchestration — using tools like Claude Code to make AI systems do meaningful work. These are some of the most valuable and future-proof skills there are right now, and you'll build them the only way that actually sticks: by using them every day on a real, fast-moving business. Very few roles anywhere will teach you this as directly.

Key responsibilities

Turn AI insight into real results by taking recommendations from AI systems across paid ads, SEO, social and more, and driving them into live, shipped improvements

Answer the questions that matter, with data using AI and data tooling to dig into the business's biggest questions — pull the data, analyse it, and turn it into clear, decision-ready insight the whole company acts on

Help make the systems smarter by implementing AI in the real world, testing it, finding where it can be sharper or more automated, and feeding that back

Grow into building and orchestrating AI agents yourself over time

About you

A finisher who takes something ambiguous and gets it done — resourceful, self-directed, high follow-through

Genuinely into AI with constant use of tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and experience building or experimenting with things on your own

Comfortable with numbers and able to work with data, read a dashboard, and understand what the numbers are actually telling you

Sharp and commercially minded with understanding of the why behind the work and good judgement calls

2–4 years of experience in a role that made you resourceful — analyst, operations, growth/marketing, consulting, data, or a startup generalist

Experience with Google or Meta Ads (bonus)
