As a project manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our commercial fit-out projects (i.e retails, F&B, offices, etc) /events/ pop-up store, which include but not limited to the following:

Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams

Liaison with vendors, clients & consultants

Manage client relations

Attend and conduct presentations

Manage project cost and revenue budgeting

Reporting to management on project progress

Ensuring meeting projects deliverable within agreed timelines

Provide leadership to junior staff

Coordinate and lead new project pursuits

Qualification, Experience and Soft Skills Requirements:

At least 7 years’ relevant experience in Interior Designer project related for commercial clients

Relevant degree and diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or other relevant certifications

Hands-on and taking good ownership of task and initiative

Honest, creative and high adaptability

Good spoken and written proficiency in English, oral and written (ability to communicate with 2nd language is desirable)

Well verse in Autocad, Photoshop (optional), Microsoft Office & Project

Occasional overseas travel required

Preferably candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore immediately
