Our client is a well-established business within the glass industry based in Smithfield and is seeking a reliable and customer-focused MR Truck Driver / Forklift Operator to join their team.

This is a hands-on role involving local deliveries, loading and unloading glass products, and regular interaction with customers. If you're looking for stable hours, ongoing work, and the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime, we'd love to hear from you.

• Local delivery work only, no long-haul freight
• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
• Short day every Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering glass products safely and professionally to customers
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Securing loads and ensuring safe transport of products
• Conducting routine vehicle safety checks
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery sites
• Assisting with warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current MR Truck Licence
• Current Forklift (LF) Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform manual handling duties
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

Desirable

• Previous experience within the glass industry
• Experience handling fragile, oversized, or heavy products
