About the Role

We are a leading buyer's agency operating across Australia and are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to support our inspection program in Tanunda, Nuriootpa, and Barossa Valley, SA. This role involves attending properties and completing structured property inspections using our platform.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or client-facing roles who is ready to step into the dynamic world of real estate, or a current Leasing or Inspections Officer looking to work with a reputable and supportive organisation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Property Inspector, you will act as our on-the-ground representative, ensuring properties are inspected consistently and reported accurately.
Location: Tanunda, Nuriootpa, and Barossa Valley, SA
Please note that this position is available as a contractor role only.

Inspectors are engaged and paid on a per-inspection basis. Inspection requirements and time onsite may vary depending on the type and scope of the inspection assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Weekend availability is essential, and candidates must be flexible and available to work both weekdays and weekends as required.
Attend properties at the scheduled inspection time
Complete assigned property inspections in accordance with provided guidelines
Take clear photos of required internal and exterior areas
Record video walkthroughs where required
Complete a structured digital checklist
Record clear and factual inspection observations
Complete applicable checks as required for the assigned inspection
Upload the required inspection information through the platform upon completion
Requirements
Smartphone with a reliable camera and internet access
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Good time management and reliability
Ability to work independently and follow defined processes
Access to a car or reliable means of transport to travel between inspection locations
