About the Role

Working within our manufacturing workshop, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, repair, and modification of a range of heavy-duty equipment and components. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced tradesperson who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding of steel components and assemblies

Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and specifications

Operating fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Performing repairs and modifications to equipment as required

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Ensuring work is completed to RAM Equipment's quality standards

Skills & Experience

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator

Experience with MIG welding and general steel fabrication

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
