Are you an experienced team lead in the community services sector seeking a genuinely meaningful role supporting families?

We are recruiting for a Team Lead to support the Family Relationship Centre and Family Relationship Support for Carers programs. This is an integrated team of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, Child Inclusive Practitioners, Intake Workers and Family Carer Support Coordinators, supporting families through relationship change.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with one required late night finish (till 8pm) per week.

You will:

• Lead, mentor and support a team of practitioners with practice and operational supervision
• Develop, implement and coordinate effective systems for end-to-end service delivery
• Ensure delivery of high quality, customer-focused, trauma-informed, and child-centred practice that aligns with service standards
• Manage day-to-day operations including case allocations, data management, risk reporting, and team performance
• Coordinate group programs and workshops within the service

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
• Demonstrated understanding of family law, mandatory reporting, privacy laws and ethical standards
• Strong leadership experience in a relevant child and family support program space
• Experience as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is highly regarded, OR willingness to pursue FDRP registration
