About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager for a permanent position. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster, based in Subiaco.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a residential property portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Conduct exit inspections & final bond inspections.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
Resolve tenant and landlord enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records using Property Tree, Inspection Express and IRE.
Work closely with the leasing team, who provide dedicated leasing support.
Skills and experience:
Current Property Manager Registration
1-2 years experience working in residential property management
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
