Location: Rockhampton | Full-Time | Bradnam’s Windows & Doors
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

About the Role
Be the Voice Behind the Brand
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their journey from enquiry through to installation. The role is fast-paced, varied, and hands-on — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and working closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities: As the
Responding to phone and email inquiries
Preparing quotes and processing orders
Coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, logistics)
Providing technical and product support
Investigating and resolving issues with professionalism and care
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in customer service, admin or sales support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
A team mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
Experience in the building or manufacturing industry is helpful but not essential, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
