Job Summary

This is a structured training role designed for candidates who are interested in developing practical skills in data center operations, IT infrastructure, and hardware support.

The successful candidate will initially undergo full-time training covering data center procedures, server and network equipment, cabling, hardware replacement, troubleshooting, safety requirements, and onsite work processes. Upon completing the required training and meeting the expected competency standards, the candidate will be assigned to support actual data center operations and customer projects.

Additional allowances and performance-based bonuses may be provided after the candidate has completed the training, passed the required assessment, and is qualified to perform assigned onsite duties independently.

Job Description:
- Contract until 31 Dec 2026, with the possibility of renewal depending on actual business and project requirements.
- Onsite work at a data center
- Equipment health check, server log collection, and hardware replacement
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers to provide support
- Coordinate data center equipment relocation, inbound/outbound transfer
- Facilitate vendors and contractors for their onsite troubleshooting or logistic works
- Assist in keeping track of servers, switches, and other equipment assets and inventory
- Assist in setup, cable patching and basic configurations of the server & network equipment
- Assist in processing data center equipment related tickets
- Other onsite works upon request

Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Strong interest in data center operations, infrastructure, and IT systems.
- Very good work attitude to support well with the customer team, vendors and contractors
- Very good work initiative and efficiency to get things done on customer's usual and urgent tasks
- Be able to lift heavy objects（around 15-20 kg)
