The Opportunity
An established Tier 2 civil contractor with 50+ years in Sydney is hiring Site and Project Engineers due to continued growth.
You’ll work on major infrastructure projects (roads, rail, bridges, water), taking ownership of key packages while being supported by senior leadership. This is a long-term role, not just project-based.
What You’ll Do
- Manage site engineering and daily delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Oversee QA, safety, and compliance
- Support project programming and delivery
What You’ll Need
- Civil Engineering degree
- Experience on infrastructure projects (road/rail/water)
- Contractor background
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Exposure to NSW / TfNSW or rail specs (ideal)
