Our client is seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand its client portfolio and strengthen long-term business relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive business development while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities across assigned markets.

Proactively source new business through networking, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and other business development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.

Develop tailored commercial solutions based on customers' business requirements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records using CRM systems.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

At least 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Demonstrated experience in hunting for new business through prospecting and cold calling is essential.
