Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or equivalent qualification
ECDA certified under L1 or L2 category
Relevant preschool teaching experience preferred
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging English/Chinese language lessons based on the centre's curriculum and teaching framework.
Develop lesson plans and learning activities to support children's overall development.
Assess children's learning progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide guidance and support according to individual children's learning needs.
Work closely with the teaching team to improve curriculum planning and teaching approaches.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Ensure a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
