Join a dynamic team where you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless hiring process and enhancing employee management.

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

Create and update job descriptions, post advertisements on multiple platforms, and actively seek suitable candidates.

Collaborate with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing and placement as required.

Maintain and organize employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and currency of records.

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding for departing employees, including documentation preparation.

Oversee work pass applications, ensuring compliance and timely submission.

Manage contract renewal matters effectively.

Address and resolve stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.

Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to engage potential candidates.

Assist with other administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills; a proven team player.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High level of ethics and reliability.
