A leading national accounting and advisory firm is seeking an Senior Manager to join its growing Financial Services Tax practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising many of Australia's leading financial institutions, asset managers, investment funds, insurers and fintech businesses on complex tax matters. Working closely with Partners, you'll take ownership of key client relationships, lead major engagements and play an integral role in the continued growth of the practice.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in the team, this role offers a genuine pathway for ambitious Senior Managers looking to progress towards Partnership.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a diverse portfolio of Financial Services Tax clients across areas including:

• Corporate tax advisory and compliance
• Funds management and investment structures
• Banking and capital markets
• Insurance tax
• Tax governance and regulatory developments
• International tax matters impacting financial institutions

As a Senior Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of complex client engagements, act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, develop and mentor high-performing teams, and work closely with Partners on strategic growth initiatives and business development opportunities.
