Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts
Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to customers based on their requirements
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns
Support customers throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept to mass production
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and project execution planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project engineering
Strong understanding of engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, or electronic components (preferred)
Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions effectively
Willingness to travel when required (1 week per quarter)
Sole contributor role
