Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a KYC/AML Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and enhancing client onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities:

Manage, process, and review KYC information and documentation for client onboarding and periodic reviews

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect relevant KYC and tax documents, ensuring adherence to AML/KYC standards

Conduct AML risk assessments on new accounts and existing client relationships, evaluating the adequacy of corroborating documentation and identifying potential risks

Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures while staying informed of regulatory changes related to AML and CFT

Ensure that policies, procedures, and workflows are consistently followed and adapted to meet new requirements

Participate in quality assurance for KYC profiles, documenting activities and ensuring deadlines are met

Support various regulatory projects and process improvements, as well as other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

Diploma or degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AML/KYC, preferably in the financial sector

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and KYC procedures, particularly for high-net-worth clients, is advantageous

Comfortable managing a high volume of documentation and paperwork

Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

Organized, adaptable, and possessing a positive work attitude
