ABOUT YOU

  • You’re in your final year of an Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology degree and set to graduate in 2027.
  • You’re available to start now and work from our Perth office approximately one day per week.
  • You’re keen to gain hands-on industry experience while completing your studies.
  • You enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
  • You embrace a learning mindset and prioritise continuous development.
  • You are equipped to travel independently for community therapy sessions.
  • You possess an NDISWC / WWCC (or are willing to apply).
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
While no two days will look the same, the types of activities you'll complete include:

  • Shadow experienced clinicians.
  • Support the delivery of therapy under the supervision and mentorship of qualified professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions.
  • Provide valuable administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently.
  • Develop clinical resources that enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes.
  • Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement.
