You'll Need

• Senior leadership experience within façade engineering at a Principal, Associate, Director, Manager level or alike.
• Strong technical expertise across façade systems and building envelopes
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams
• Proven client relationship management and business development skills
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project performance and profitability
• Ability to drive team capability, growth, and operational excellence
• Chartered status and relevant engineering qualifications highly regarded

The Role

• Lead and grow the Sydney façade engineering team
• Develop team capability through mentoring and leadership
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships
• Drive new business opportunities and market growth
• Oversee project delivery, commercial performance, and P&L accountability
• Shape the future direction of the façade engineering business
