We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused experienced Gaming/Bar Attendant to join our vibrant FOH team at the Paringa Hotel in Paringa - located near Renmark in the Riverland region in SA. This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week. You will be playing a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our valued patrons. Your passion and dedication to excellent service will be essential.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient service to customers in all areas of the business.

Ensuring compliance with relevant licensing and gaming regulations at all times.

Handling cash and performing end-of-day financial reconciliations.

Restocking and maintaining cleanliness in the bar, bistro and gaming areas.

Opening and closing the business as required.

Working closely with management to ensure the continued overall success of the business.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar role. Gaming experience is not essential but would be considered an advantage.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Is accountable for their actions, reliable and has a great work ethic.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.

The flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

A current RSA certification is required. RSG is not a requirement, but the applicant must be willing to obtain one.
