Ace Mandala Hotel Albany is an long standing provider of friendly accommodation to visitors tof Albany and the Southwest. We are seeking a friendly, professional Casual Receptionists / Guest Service Agents to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of wunnerful team and play a key role in continuing Ace Mandala’s tradition of providing a genuine hospitality experience

About the Role:
As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check-in to check-out. Your ability to provide warm, efficient service will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

· Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly

· Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

· Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness

· Maintain a clean and organised front desk area

· Assist with general administrative duties as required

About You:

· Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role preferred

· Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· High level of organisation and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

· Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

· Must be available to work mixed day and evening shifts

· Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g. RMS, Opera, or similar) is advantageous

· Permanent resident status required
