The Opportunities

Depending on your experience, duties may include:

Managing or supporting RC and diamond drilling programs

Drill rig supervision and contractor coordination

Geological and geotechnical core logging

RC chip logging, sampling and data collection

Core processing, markup, cutting and photography

QA/QC and sample management

Geological interpretation and reporting

Resource definition and near-mine exploration

Drill site preparation and rehabilitation

Coreyard, logistics and general field support

We have roles across gold, copper, lithium and other mineral exploration programs, with contract, campaign-based and permanent opportunities available.

What You Will Need

Requirements will vary between positions, but candidates will generally require:

Previous mineral exploration, drilling, coreyard or field experience

A relevant geology qualification for geologist positions

Experience with RC and/or diamond drilling

A current Australian driver’s licence

Australian working rights

A strong commitment to safety

The ability to work effectively in remote environments

The ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Experience with geological software, logging systems, sampling procedures, QA/QC, drill program management or exploration databases will be highly regarded.
