As a Technician II, Production Technical Operations (Secondary Packaging), you will operate production equipment to carton products in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cGMP requirements while achieving production targets.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Operate secondary packaging equipment efficiently to meet production targets.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct routine equipment checks and report any operational issues.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment faults.

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product packaging meets specifications.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with cGMP guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or non-compliance issues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Min GCE O Levels or NITEC in Engineering field with 1-2 years of experience.

Hands-on experience in packaging and production equipment operations.

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and HSE regulatory requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work 12 hours rotating.

This role is 1 year contract based, with potential to be converted to permanent subjected to performance and business needs
