Description
Location: 351 Braddell Road (Nearest MRT: Braddell)
Working Hours: 5-day work week, including weekends
Shift Pattern: Quarterly rotating shifts
☀️ Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Contract: 12 months, extendable
Salary: Up to $3,500/month
Fixed Allowance: +$400/month
Night Shift Allowance: +$45 per night shift
Job Requirements
Provide Service Desk and Customer Experience support to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and follow up on incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
Coordinate release notifications and service updates with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues relating to payment systems and services.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions.
Provide professional and responsive support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk, Service Desk or Banking is advantageous.
Candidates from Bank Contact Centre backgrounds are welcome.
Good understanding or interest in payment systems.
