The Role:
This role will see you take ownership of the temp function for NSW. You will manage all current placements as well as taking on current open roles. You will be expected to actively hunt for new business opportunities as well as continue to grow our strong talent pool of temporary and contract candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source top talent for temporary & contracting roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefs to job offers
• Build and maintain client-candidate relationships with exceptional service
• Identify new business opportunities and continue to build upon our existing strong portfolio
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms
• Complete candidate and client care activities including regular check ins and site visits
• Ensure compliance with legislation, WH&S inspections, and company policies
• Exceed KPIs to maximize earning potential and build a strong commission annuity

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of target achievement.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
• Current or recent experience managing and growing a successful temp desk
