We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to drive student enrolment and deliver a seamless, high-quality admissions experience for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment

Act as the main point of contact for prospective families, providing personalised guidance and excellent service

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, agents, relocation partners, and corporate partners

Conduct campus tours, admissions interviews, and post-assessment consultations

Represent the school at open houses, education fairs, and outreach events (local and overseas)

Support re-enrolment and retention, engaging families and managing sensitive cases professionally

Maintain accurate admissions data in CRM / MIS systems and prepare enrolment reports

Ensure compliance with Singapore education regulations and PDPA requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field

4-6 years’ experience in admissions, customer service, or sales (education or international school experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems, data tracking, and reporting

Able to work evenings/weekends for events; occasional overseas travel required
