ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Wellbody Specialist, you'll play an important role in every client's journey. Your responsibilities extend beyond performing treatments — you'll create memorable client experiences, build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of both our clients and our team. This is an opportunity to join our founding team and grow with the business as Wellbody expands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Care

Deliver exceptional client experiences from consultation through follow-up. Build genuine relationships with clients. Provide professional recommendations based on each client's goals. Ensure every client feels welcomed, cared for and supported.

Treatments

Perform Wellbody body contouring and wellness treatments. Maintain high treatment quality and consistency. Follow Wellbody treatment protocols and safety standards. Keep treatment rooms clean, organised and presentation-ready.

Client Journey

Follow up with clients after treatments. Encourage long-term treatment plans where appropriate. Maintain accurate client records. Support excellent client retention.

Team Contribution

Work collaboratively with the team. Support new team members. Participate in ongoing training. Contribute ideas to continuously improve the clinic.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded: Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Luxury Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Allied Health, Medical Aesthetics.

No body contouring experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, we'll provide comprehensive training.
