Day to Day

You'll be the vital link between our customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine, and third-party providers.

Coordinating international shipments

Acting as the primary contact for clients, operations teams, and external suppliers

Keeping customers informed and confident throughout the shipping journey

Solving problems before they become issues, and escalating the ones that need it

Supporting the international team on day-to-day operations as a reliable, engaged team member

What We're Looking For

Import/Export experience or relevant qualifications (preferred, but we value the right attitude)

Sharp communication skills; written, verbal, and everything in between

Naturally detail-oriented, with solid time management skills

Confidence in managing competing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Someone who takes ownership of their work, their schedule, and their impact
