About the role

Resident Technical Officer (RTO) position based in Singapore, responsible for assisting with residential building and maintenance works, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with contractors and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Assist with residential building and maintenance works

Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing works

Coordinate with contractors and site teams

Check work progress and ensure works meet required standards

Assist with documentation, reports, and site records

Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Relevant site experience is an advantage

Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsible and willing to work on-site
