Talent Advisor / Recruitment Consultant - Part Time

Found People is a growing Brisbane recruitment agency offering an Talent Advisor / Recruiter the opportunity to build a long-term career without the traditional full-time schedule.

This is a permanent part-time, work-from-home role, working half-days Monday to Friday. You'll have genuine flexibility, regular support and training, plus the opportunity to earn commission and be rewarded for results.

About the role

As our Talent Advisor / Recruiter, you'll focus on finding, engaging and assessing great candidates across multiple recruitment assignments.

Working closely with our Account Managers, you'll be responsible for:

• Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
• Proactive LinkedIn and passive candidate outreach
• Talent pooling and pipeline management
• Market mapping for hard-to-fill positions
• Writing and managing job advertisements
• Reference and background checking
• Managing multiple vacancies and delivering quality shortlists quickly

You'll have autonomy over your day while remaining connected to an experienced recruitment team that will support your development and success.

Requirements for this role:

• 2+ years' recruitment agency, talent acquisition or talent advisory experience
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
• Confidence engaging passive candidates and making outbound calls
• Ability to work across multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• LinkedIn and recruitment CRM / ATS experience
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Professional, polished communication skills

Previous telemarketing or high-volume outbound calling experience will also be highly regarded.
