Our client, an established player in the Contract Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an In-House Legal Counsel to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the West area.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate, commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, service, procurement, employment, and lease contracts.

Support contract negotiations and ensure legal risks are identified and appropriately managed.

Assist with corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, company secretarial support, and regulatory filings.

Support mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, due diligence exercises, and inter-company agreements when required.

Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide practical guidance to ensure business compliance.

Review internal policies, procedures, and business practices to strengthen governance and risk management.

Liaise with external legal advisors on legal matters, disputes, regulatory issues, and litigation where required.

Prepare legal documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for management and internal stakeholders.

Perform any ad-hoc duties/legal improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements:

Min Degree in Law, or a related discipline.

Min 2–4 years of relevant legal experience in commercial, corporate, or in-house legal functions.

Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation.

Good understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal matters.

Strong analytical, negotiation, contract drafting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different functions.
