We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Production Team Leader to help lead our WA manufacturing team. If you love developing people, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality food, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:

Leading and motivating a production team to deliver daily production targets.

Coordinating staffing, workflows and production schedules to keep everything running smoothly.

Ensuring every donut leaving the line meets our quality and presentation standards.

Coaching, training and developing team members to be their best.

Managing attendance, performance and day-to-day people leadership.

Identifying production issues early and finding practical solutions.

Completing quality checks and ensuring production documentation is accurate.

Championing food safety, GMP and HACCP compliance.

Creating a safe workplace by leading toolbox talks, conducting pre-start inspections and promoting safe work practices.

Working closely with Quality, Procurement and the wider Operations team to keep production flowing.

Reducing waste, improving efficiency and looking for smarter ways of doing things.

Escalating production risks or delays before they become problems.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience leading teams within food manufacturing.

A strong understanding of food safety, GMP and HACCP.

Forklift license

First Aid

Experience coordinating production schedules and managing daily operations.

The confidence to coach, motivate and hold people accountable.

A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy.

Great communication skills and a genuine passion for developing others.

Bonus points if you have:

HACCP or Food Safety certification.

A qualification in Food Processing, Manufacturing or a related field.

Experience working with bakery, pastry or confectionery products.
