Position: Litigation Legal Executive | Paralegal
Location: City Hall
Working hours: 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
Manage litigation files and coordinate court submissions through e-Litigation
Maintain accurate case records and update internal legal systems
Schedule court hearings, client appointments and legal meetings
Liaise with clients professionally and provide timely case updates
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure court documents are submitted accurately and promptly
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of directly relevant litigation support experience
Hands-on experience with e-Litigation, court documentation and case-file management will be an advantage
Experience supporting Family Law matters is preferred
