This significant investment has positioned us for the next stage of national growth, and we're now looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to help build our market presence and accelerate business growth in QLD & across Australia.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding our national customer base.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow ELT Recycling's business across Australia.

Identify and secure new commercial opportunities in key industry sectors.

Build long-term relationships with major customers and strategic partners.

Manage key accounts while expanding market share nationally.

Lead sales negotiations and close high-value commercial contracts.

Develop new markets for recycled tyre products and recycling solutions.

Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery.

Represent ELT Recycling at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.

Travel throughout Australia as required.

Highly Desirable

Candidates with an existing network or proven sales experience within the following industries will be highly regarded:

Waste Management

Recycling

Transport & Logistics

Commercial Fleets

Construction

Civil Infrastructure

Mining

Heavy Equipment

Government or Council Contracts
