About the role

The Property & Housekeeping Executive will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Property & Housekeeping Department. The role will oversee housekeeping and operational coordination, staff scheduling, purchasing and inventory management, supplier and contractor coordination, and general departmental administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the HPHK, HR, Finance and other departments to ensure adequate manpower, timely procurement, proper maintenance of facilities and effective delivery of housekeeping services.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily Property & Housekeeping operations and staff deployment.

Manage purchasing, inventory, suppliers and contractors.

Prepare staff rosters, attendance, leave, overtime and other claims.

Coordinate uniforms, laundry, housekeeping supplies and operational requirements.

Assist with carpark, changing room and event-related operations.

Support departmental administration, reporting and Property Sub-committee meetings.

Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other duties and projects assigned by the HPHK or Management.

About you

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in property, housekeeping, facilities, hospitality or administrative operations.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Good organizational, coordination and numerical skills.

Able to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, contractors and internal departments.

Independent, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience in purchasing, inventory management, staff scheduling or facilities coordination will be an advantage.
