We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established agency in their Chermside office. This is an opportunity to step into a well-structured role where you can focus on delivering exceptional service to your owners and tenants without the pressure of routine inspections or an unmanageable portfolio.

With a portfolio of approximately 110 properties, dedicated support across leasing and administration, and a salary of up to $95,000 + Super, this role is designed for a Property Manager who wants to do great work in a supportive, office-based environment.

The Role

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 110 properties
• Build strong relationships with owners and tenants, providing a high level of service
• Manage all aspects of property management, excluding routine inspections
• Oversee maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, notices and general portfolio management
• Work closely with dedicated leasing and administration support
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and professional office environment
