YWCA Canberra Children’s Services is on the lookout for Diploma Qualified Educators who hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education to join our School Age Care Services across Canberra.
In this role, you’ll help craft engaging and educational environments for school-aged children.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exciting and developmentally appropriate programs.
Ensure children’s safety and well-being while participating in various activities.
Foster an environment of respect and empathy, catering to diverse needs and backgrounds.
About You:
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Enthusiastic and flexible with their availability.
Passionate about working with children, with a genuine warmth and empathy.
Experienced in the Children’s Services sector.
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Equipped with excellent communication skills to connect with children and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
Valid Working with Vulnerable People Card.
Current police check.
Experience and skills in the Children’s Services industry.
A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and supporting children with additional or complex learning needs.
