About the role

Australian Bush Harvest is seeking motivated Labourers and Packers to join our team. Immediate start available.

These full-time positions play an important role in the operation of our mobile game meat processing facility. You will assist with handling, packing, sorting, loading, cleaning and a range of production and operational tasks.

The role will initially be based in Brayton, NSW. As our processing facility is mobile, you will relocate to other regional NSW locations as operations move, expected to occur after approximately six months.

What you'll be doing

· Carrying out manual handling, packing and general labouring duties

· Sorting, packing and loading product to meet production requirements

· Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

· Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

· Following workplace health and safety requirements, including PPE and equipment maintenance procedures

· Working independently and as part of a team to meet daily production targets

· Adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements

What we're looking for

· Previous experience in labouring, packing, manufacturing, processing or other physically demanding roles

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures

· Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work throughout the day

· A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

· Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene and cleanliness

· Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

· First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency – no temporary visas
