The Role
Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across a well-maintained residential portfolio while continuing to develop your knowledge across all areas of Property Management.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
• Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
• Conducting routine inspections and completing reports
• Assisting with leasing, open homes and tenancy applications
• Supporting general Property Management administration
• Ensuring clients and tenants receive a high level of communication and service

About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Property Management.
You will ideally have:

• Previous exposure to real estate or Property Management
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration, or be working towards obtaining one
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive, professional and team-focused approach
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
